Residents of Henderson County and those who work, own property, or attend school in Henderson County are all eligible for a library card.
What do I need to get a library card?
A driver's license or state-issued photo ID with your current Henderson County address. If you are a new resident without an updated ID, you will need a driver's license or state-issued photo ID plus a piece of mail with your name and current physical address.
Can I get a library card if I don't live or work in Henderson County?
Non residents can get an out-of-county card for a $10.00 fee.
What if I lose my library card?
Library cards lost after 1 year will be replaced at no charge. Cards lost within less than 1 year can be replaced for a $1.00 fee.
